6. Equipment and POS Replacement
Quantum may replace POS equipment that becomes defective due to normal wear and tear with comparable equipment based on availability.
If equipment is lost, stolen, damaged due to misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, or improper handling, Quantum reserves the right to charge the replacement value of the equipment in accordance with the applicable Equipment Placement Agreement.
Shipping, deployment, and related service fees may apply unless otherwise waived by Quantum in writing.
7. Accounts
If you create an account or submit information through the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
You agree to notify Quantum promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any suspected security breach.
Quantum reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present a security, legal, or operational risk.
