Our unit has been very simple and easy to use from our day to day business.lastly a sales rep Martin has stopped by and helped us with any questions that we had and was very professional we highly recommend him to other companies in need in a card machine.
Cesar is seriously amazing at what he does. When we first switched our merchant services I noticed immediately that he stood by his clients overcoming small ‘hiccups’ that are part of the natural order in any change up situation. He is prompt, extremely accessible and always fixes things for us right away so as to not interrupt our business services. Can not recommend highly enough!
