Incentive Bonus Promotions
The following are the promotions under which Quantum Electronic Payments LLC (QEP) provides to you, our valued Merchants. QEP will not accept and hereby object any additional or different terms, modification or waiver of any provisions in the specific terms of offered promotions, and/or in terms and conditions unless in writing and signed by QEP. QEP’s performance is expressly conditioned on Merchants’ acceptance of these terms and conditions and Merchants agree to be bound hereby. Promotions and offers are subject to availability and valid during the limited time of offering.
1. The First Month Free
Quantum may pay all of the first statement month processing fee including but not limited to Interchange and Discount fee when Merchant signs the standard Quantum Merchant Processing Agreement. The processing fee shall not include any Early Termination Fee, chargebacks, retrieval fee, ACH Reject Fee, Gateway fee, third-party vendor fee or any fee which is not a part of the processing fee determined by Quantum’s sole discretion. The First Month Free will exclusively apply to Activated or Activate Card Present Merchant Account (QREV and Traditional Merchant Account), and shall not exceed $1,000.00.
Merchant may be obligated to repay First Month Free if Merchant Account is terminated or cancelled, either by Quantum or the Client, in accordance with the Merchant Processing Agreement, and within the initial term dictated by the Merchant Processing Agreement.
The First Month Free cannot be coupled with any other promotions, unless stated otherwise and agreed upon by the sole discretion of Quantum.
The First Month Free shall not exclude for any damages in accordance with Merchant Progressing Agreement.
2. $250 Activation Bonus
Merchant may receive a $250.00 Activation Bonus after Merchant Account is Activated, and remains an Activate Merchant Account for three (3) statement months from the date of activation. This promotion shall not extend to Merchants that do not become activated within two (2) statement months from the date of Approval. The $250.00 Activation Bonus will be made by check, made payable to the legal individual/entity, and mailed to DBA address on file with Quantum. The Activation Bonus may be applicable to per Merchant’s business location, and Merchant may be issued a 1099 if the sum of Activation Bonus paid to Merchant exceeds $600.00 (or the applicable amount subject to report for tax purposes) in one (1) calendar year.
The $250.00 Activation Bonus shall not be coupled with any other promotions, unless stated otherwise and agreed upon by the sole discretion of Quantum.

3. Free Point of Sale (POS)
Quantum will provide POS including but not limited to equipment and/or other device at the sole and absolute discretion of Quantum; and locally install or ship POS at no charge, unless under exceptional circumstances determined by Quantum. Free POS may apply per business location of Merchant.
Quantum may waive the fee for POS Replacement if the provided POS is defective; or becomes defective from reasonable wear and tear damages by replacing the unit with a functionally similar POS based upon availability. In the event that POS is stolen or damaged resulting from the misuse or negligence of Merchant, Quantum may charge the full value of POS determined by Quantum’s sole discretion which can be higher than the Fair Market Value and in accordance with Equipment Placement Agreement. The POS Replacement Fee does not include shipping cost and deployment fee which can only be waived at Quantum’s sole discretion. The $250.00 Activation Bonus shall not be coupled with any other promotions, unless stated otherwise and agreed upon by the sole discretion of Quantum.

The First Month Free shall not exclude for any damages in accordance with Merchant Progressing Agreement.
4. Two (2) Months Free Trial
Quantum may pay all of the first two (2) statement months of processing fees including but not limited to Interchange and Discount Fee when Merchant signs the standard Quantum Merchant Processing Agreement. Please note that the processing fee shall not include chargebacks, retrieval fee, ACH Reject Fee, Gateway Fee, third-party vendors fee or any fee which is not a part of processing fee determined at Quantum’s sole discretion. The Two Months Free Trial exclusively applies for the QREV Card Present Program.
Merchant agrees that Merchant is obligated and shall notify Quantum within two statement months if Merchant decides to switch from QREV Program to Interchange Cost Plus or choose to cancel. Merchant will be responsible for all applicable fees, if Merchant chooses or is required to change from QREV Program to any other pricing program
The Two Months Free trial cannot be coupled with any other promotions, unless stated otherwise and agreed upon by the sole discretion of Quantum.

6. Quantum Referral
The Quantum Referral applies to direct employees of Quantum and/or any Referrer upon referring prospective Merchant which must become Activate to be paid out. The Referral must be bona fide and based upon the good faith where direct employees of Quantum or Referrer shall repay to Quantum the Referral and liable for any damages if the Referral is not bona fide or in good-faith. Quantum reserves the right to hold the payment of Quantum Referral for any purpose.
For direct employees of Quantum: Quantum Referral will be paid after sixty (60) days from the date that referred Merchant becomes Activated. The Quantum Referral will be paid through the payroll, and the payment will be tax eligible.
For Referrer: Quantum Referral will be paid after sixty (60) days from the date that a referred merchant becomes Activated. The Quantum Referral will be paid by check, made payable to the legal individual/entity, and mailed to the DBA address on file with Quantum. If the total paid of Quantum Referral exceeds $600 (or the applicable amount subject to report for tax purposes) in one (1) calendar year, Referrer may be issued a 1099. W-9 or any applicable tax form will be collected before the Quantum Referral’s payment.
Merchant agrees that Merchant is obligated and shall notify Quantum within three statement months if Merchant decides to switch from QREV Program to Traditional Merchant Account or vice versa. Merchant will be responsible for all applicable fees to Quantum or any of its partners/vendors if Merchant chooses or is required to change from QREV Program to any other pricing program.
The Three-Month Satisfaction Guarantee cannot be coupled with any other promotions, unless stated otherwise and agreed upon by the sole discretion of Quantum.
The Three-Month Satisfaction Guarantee shall not exclude the Early Termination Fee, processing fee and any damages in accordance with Merchant Processing Agreement.

7. Termination Fee Reimbursement
The Quantum Referral applies to direct employees of Quantum and/or any Referrer upon referring prospective Merchant which must become Activate to be paid out. Terms & Conditions
QREV Program is the Quantum Card Payment Discount Program provided at the sole and absolute discretion of Quantum Electronic Payments LLC. Quantum may alternatively and interchangeably use “QREV”, “QREV Program” and “Quantum Card Payment Discount Program” in different materials including but not limited to Applications, Program Guide, and/or Agreements of Quantum. Client acknowledges and agrees that Client fully understands that “QREV”, “QREV Program” and “Quantum Card Payment Discount Program” are the same on meaning and on binding legal effect.
The above listed promotions are provided at the sole and absolute discretion of Quantum Electronic Payments LLC and subject to be changed, modified AT ANY TIME, prospectively or retroactively, without notice or obligation for any reason. Please confirm the availability of listed promotions with us or our authorized Agent, and under no circumstances shall Quantum Electronic Payments LLC or its affiliates be liable for any damages resulting from the provided information.
The Termination Fee Reimbursement will be paid after ninety (90) days from the date that Merchant Account is Activated. Merchant Account must be Activated within sixty (60) days of the approval. Termination Fee Reimbursement will be paid by check, payable to legal individual/entity, and mailed to DBA address on file with Quantum.
The Termination Fee Reimbursement cannot be coupled with any other promotions, unless stated otherwise and agreed upon by the sole discretion of Quantum.
*Activated or Active Merchant Account is defined as Merchant Account that is processing consistently with normal course of business activities.
*Statement Month is the duration of time defined at the sole and absolute discretion of Quantum.
