Can I access my account information online?
Yes, you can log into our Qcentric portal here: https://quantum.merchantportfoliomanager.com/ Once logged in, you can access your monthly statements, transaction details, and deposit information.
When will I receive my funds?
This is based on business type and funding time approval. We have 24-, 48-, or 72-hour funding times available.
If you qualify for next-day funding, all POS device batch(es) must be closed by 5:30 pm PT/8:30 pm ET for Central Bank and 7:30 pm PT/10:30 pm ET for FFB Bank Monday through Saturday and by 3 pm PT/6 pm ET on Sunday.
What do the fees Quantum charges me look like on my bank statement?
You’ll see us listed as “Merchant Services” on your bank statement.
What is displayed on my customer’s credit card statements when I charge them?
For most merchants, your business name and phone number on file with us are listed as the descriptor on their credit card statement.
I received an email from SecureTrust, is that in reference to my account with Quantum?
Yes, it is. We partner with SecureTrust to assist with your PCI compliance, which is required to make sure you’re processing payments in the safest way for your business.

I received a chargeback notification. What do I do?
Please feel free to contact our chargeback department at (866) 637-5467 if you need more details about the chargeback.
If you want to submit proof or invoices for review, you can do so online at https://merlinkresponse.com/ or by fax at (706) 644-5210. Make sure to include your case number and case amount.
Do you offer ACH and Check processing?
Yes, we partner with one of the leading ACH processors. For more details, contact our support team.
What gateway providers does Quantum work with?
We offer our proprietary gateway Qoin. We also work with other gateways like Authorize.net, NMI, USA ePay, Cybersource, Shift 4, and many more.
Do you work with QuickBooks?
Yes! We offer seamless integration into QuickBooks Online and Desktop to eliminate the high cost of QuickBooks processing.
